i am a journey person cook, who happens to back for a living right now...have worked as a cold kitchen cook, line cook, banquet cook, and even as a breakfast cook...but i do think my ideal would be a job where all i do all day is make soups and bake bread!

i think the WORST cooking mistake i made was when i first moved out of my parents home...i had not cooked often as a child/teen. wanting to make something special for my boyfriend i called up a friend and asked how to make seafood fettuccine...he talked me through the whole thing from sauteing the garlic to using whipping cream (insisting i use the SAME KIND OF CREAM my mom would use)
