Yummy and easy! I 4x this recipe for a Girl Scout event that featured foods from around the world. I was amazed how many girls were asking for seconds or even thirds! I just made this again for my family, and it pairs up wonderfully with the Curry-Coconut Shrimp

Curry-Coconut Shrimp

I too took the advice of the other reviewers and increased the curry, doubled the coconut milk (next time I will use the entire can) and made a roux before adding the milk. It was WONDERFUL, my family enjoyed it, and our daughter's guest for dinner, who doesn't like shrimp, inhaled it! If you don't mind the curry smell in your house for a few days, you have to try this one out!

Four Cheese Macaroni

I omitted the eggs like the other reviewers had suggested. I used evaporated milk instead of half and half, and it did come out very rich and creamy, but very bland. When reheated it tasted a little better, with lots of salt and pepper, but I spent a LOT of money on the cheeses and it wasn't worth it in the long run.

Pumpkin Chili

I tried this at our town's Chili Cook off, and loved it! Not being a pumpkin fan, I was hesitant at first. I made it for our monthly Euchre group, and everyone raved about it as well. This is definitly a sweet, not spicy chili. I tweaked the recipe to accomidate what I had in my pantry, and it still turned out fantastic! This is a keeper!

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I made this for a Fourth of July BBQ, and everyone raved. It was gone in less than 15 minutes! I combined the spinach and artichokes in my food processor, and chopped them first before adding in all the dairy. I used Tastefully Simple's Bacon Bacon in place of the bacon strips. This will be my most requested item for potlucks, I just know!

Company Couscous

As others suggested, I used chicken broth instead of water. I also quatered my cherry tomatoes, and had to substitute regular onion instead of green onions, and added more parmesian cheese than called for. Overall, a great recipe, and my entire family loved it!

Supreme Strawberry Topping

I found the directions to be a bit confusing, measurment-wise. But in all, a great topping, and a great way to get rid of the berries that are visually unappealing.
