Chicken Breasts Pierre

I think I added too much water because it was bland. I did not omit any of the ingredients and even added a thinly sliced onion. I would reduce the sauce more if I made it again.

Salmon With Dijon Butter Sauce, Asparagus and Herb Butter Angel Hair Pasta

Really good and lemony. Served salmon on a bed of spinach with the pasta on the side. Sauce was plenty for two of us.

Vegan Bean Taco Filling

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Great cookies! Used self-rising flour so I omitted the salt and baking powder. These cookies didn't turn out gooey and chewy but were still nice and soft. A good recipe for when you want something a little different than the recipe on the back of the choc chip bag!

Our Favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette

Didn't have any honey but used a honey dijon mustard. Instead of shaking I used a blender to get the dressing emulsified to a creamier texture. Very good!

Marty's Thai Chicken Satay

Delicious and really flavorful! Couldn't find tamarind paste and muscovado sugar, so I subbed with Worsterchire and brown sugar. My dipping sauce came out watery (maybe because I forgot to add the tomato paste), but was still very good.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Really loved this! Great flavor and loaded with veggies. I took the casing off the sausage and crumbled it instead of slicing it. Other than that, I followed the recipe as written.

Ghirardelli® Ultimate Chocolate Fondue

Followed others' suggestion and used 3/14 c. of heavy cream and the consistency was perfect- smooth and fluid. Also, omitted butter and didn't miss it. I used Bailey's instead of chocolate liquor, but two tbls wasn't enough to taste it. Used Ghirardelli chocolate chips- half semi-sweet, half milk chocolate. To dip, we used pretzels, strawberries, Belgian cookies, marshmallows, and pineapple. Delicious!

Stuffed Shells III

Crescent Layer Bars

These were an interesting way to use crescent rolls. The condensed milk tasted like caramel and was very sticky. I liked that there was not much required in the way of baking. They were very easy to make.

Taco Seasoning I

Made with chicken (minus the red pepper), turned out great! Also, for some extra hidden vitamins, I pureed a zucchini and pepper and threw that into the chicken too. Added some nice texture to the dish!
