Grilled Shrimp and Sausages
Servings: 4 1 lb. 16/20 count shrimp shell and tail on Marinade: 2/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil 3 large cloves chopped garlic 1 lemon sliced 1/8 cup chopped italian parsley 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 Pkg of your favorite italian sausages split open Directions 1.Rinse shrimp-with a paring knife cut through back of shell to remove vein while keeping the rest of shell and tail intact. *Grilling with the shell on keeps the shrimp more succulent. 2.When shrimp are clean transfer to a bowl and dress with marinade ingredients. Let sit on counter while grill is heating up. 3.Split sausages 3/4 of the way through to speed cooking time. 4.Grill shrimps and sausages over hot coals until cooked through.
