Worked out pretty great! This is my first attempt at slow-cooking, and I really underestimated the amount of salt needed to make it "to-taste", for both the initial rub and when serving. Would have been good to know what the average measurements are for the salt in the ingredients portion of the recipe (instead of just "to-taste"). Other than that, pretty rockin'
