Excellent and Easy! I've been searching for a tasty Bran Muffin recipe and I've finally found it and it's super easy to make. It is also flexible - you can substitute and add ingredients, I.e. applesauce, nuts, cranraisins, egg whites vs yolks, dash of cinnamon, etc. Fun to experiment!
