Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
Great flavor...didn't add the cornstarch, but I will next time because the sauce was a little thin. Will definitely make again.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
Delicious!!! I made this recipe exactly as it states, it came out great. However, next time I make this, I will use canned peaches instead of fresh (I used fresh, but its alot of work and I think it would taste just as good with canned peaches). I used 3/4 C sugar and water, instead of 1 cup. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and it stayed on top of the mixture and didn't melt into the peaches, so when it came out I spread out the cream cheese a little bit. Next time, I will blend the cake mix with the cream cheese and butter. Definitely try this recipe, it is Delicious!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
Great!!! I boiled chicken breasts and shredded it instead of canned chicken. We don't like things too spicy so we used 1/2 cup hot sauce. I also didn't put it in the slow cooker, just in a casserole dish in the oven until the cheese on top was melted and slightly browned. Very good recipes, will definitely make again.

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
I Love this recipe! I have made it several times. I don't add the onion just because I don't like onions and I didn't have white wine, but I do add a little olive oil with the butter. My kids go crazy for this. Great recipe, definitely one to try!!!

No Beans About It - Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2008
My kids loved this chili. I did end up adding a can of red and black beans to it and the flavor was fabulous. I made it the night before and let it sit in the frig until the next night. It was the best chili that I ever had. I did not add the hot sauce, just because we don't like it hot. This will be a regular meal for us!!!!!

French Onion Soup Gratinee

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
Very Good!! I used dried parsley and thyme instead of fresh and I didn't have a bay leaf. I also used 2 large sweet onions and no red onions. Topped it with toasted french bread, swiss and provolone cheeses. Delicious!! Will definitely make again.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
Delicious!!! I used dried noodles, 1 package 12 oz. instead of 2 - 9 oz. and did not have seasoning salt. I just added the onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. I only simmered it for 10 minutes and took off the heat. You might want to add some more chicken broth, it was a little thick, but had great flavor. My kids loved it!!! Will definitely make again.
