BBQ Potato Roast

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
We had 50/50 reviews on this recipe. Half really liked it and half thought is was nothing special. It is very easy to make and I am sure with a little "tweaking" of the spices it would be a 5 star recipe. Thanks for the post ~ I will most likely play with this one a little and end up with a great potato dish.

Ham Bone Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
Great Soup!! It is very easy to make and the ingredients are easily interchangable to suit what you have on hand. I didn't have green pepper so I sauteed a bunch of celery and zucchini and added that. I used a left over spiral ham bone w/lots of meat on it. When the soup was done, I took a bunch of the meat and added it into the soup. I have gotta say - this one is a keeper. I will be making this again esp after holidays!! Thank you!

Lentil Soup II

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2008
My 1st ever attempt at making Lentil's. WOW - this soup is really good. I made 2 small changes ... veg broth to replace beef & Caribbean Jerk Seasoning to replace Italian Seasoning. Otherwise followed exactly. Very GOOD, Thanks!!

Eggplant Pasta Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
Hubby says 3.5 stars. I followed the recipe {{mostly}} with 1 small change. I added fresh basil and parsley to the red pepper mixture. Still somewhat bland and almost boring. It takes a lot of time to make, for an ordinary no raves dinner. Probably will not make again. Thanks anyway.

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
We liked this well enough. I did leave out the canned green beans since I HATE canned veggies, maybe next time I will try it with fresh. I needed to add about 2 extra cups of broth to have it be soup like instead of stew like. I also added a little extra of all the spices to make up for the extra broth. Overall ..... real good soup! Thanks!!

This is a FANTASTIC recipe. My 2 little guys (4 & 6 yrs) helped me make these for their Valentine's Day parties at school. They had so much fun and are SO proud that they made the treats themselves!!!!! Thank you for the recipe. FYI - We used Valentine M&M's in red, pink and white with square waffle pretzels. Perfect & Yummy!!

I made this with ground turkey and added garlic and basil. It was pretty good. My husband liked it well enough. I thought it could use a little pizzaz. I will most likely make it again but add a little more spices and maybe some red/green bell peppers. Thank you for the recipe.

Ultimate Cranberry Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2007
The hot butter sauce is amazing but no one liked the cake that much. Everyone use the butter sauce for the other desserts on the Christmas buffet table. Also - I cooked my cake for 80 minutes and it was still somewhat raw in the middle.
