Cheesy Onion Focaccia

I loved this recipe and so did my family! I cheated and used frozen bread(thawed), then did the same as the recipe told me. Really good! I will make this many times over.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2006
I love to cook but am not a great baker....this recipe made me a hit with my kids! I did the 1/2 butter and 1/2 butter flavour shortening, they were crisp and awesome. I do not like chewy cookies so I was very pleased with these.I noticed that one user used smarties(in Canada they are like M&M's but in the Southern States they are like sweet tarts, I thought I might clarify.)

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2006
We loved this recipe! I substituted the cream of potato for cream of mushroom, left the parmesian on top and did not cover. It was crunchy and soooo good. Lots of compliments, I will make this one over and over!

Chicken Scampi II

I added more garlic and lemon juice. My son who is a shrimp scampi lover said this was good. I used a french baguette to sop up the juices and it was a great meal.

Pull-Apart Bacon Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2005
This is an awesome recipe! I have made it many times and I get great comments. I cut back on the turkey bacon and made the bread pieces a bit larger than the recipe asks for. I have also used colby/montery jack and mozzarella cheeses and it tastes great! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Sarah's Applesauce

This is a simply wonderful recipe! I added a dash of nutmeg and drained a bit of the juice off, I used a little in my stuffing for our turkey and it was awesome. I substituted splenda baking sugar(1/2 sugar-1/2 splenda) for the sugar.

BBQ Dry Rub

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2004
I bought a BBQ/smoker for my non-cooking husband for fathers day and his first brisket we chose this rub. We added 1/4 C garlic powder and rubbed it on and left it for 3 days to marinate, rubbed a bit more on before smoking it(mesquite wood). It turned out AWESOME! My friends couldn't believe he did it on his own. Next time I would not marinate- great flavour!!

Breakfast Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2004
I really enjoyed this recipe! I added chopped onion to the sausage(the last few minutes to soften) and no other seasoning as the recipes requires. I had to use Southern style hashbrowns. I was nervous about how many eggs as I did not want an overwhelming "eggy" taste, that did not occur. This was a great hit with my guests! Will make this recipe many times over!

My hubby and I enjoyed this recipe, we love garlic so we added a bit more. We omitted the paprika and parsley. I make this all the time and it is a very easy recipe to do at the last minute. YUMMY!
