The sauce was over the top DELICIOUS, however the directions need to be changed a bit. First off, you really don't need to cook chicken strips for 8 to 10 minutes. No one should cook chicken strips for more than 1.5 minutes per side, period, DONE. My chicken came out so overcooked I alsmost thought it was inedible. That sauce however saved it, there was enough in the pan to dip the chicken in. I'm going to try marinating the chicken in the sauce for at least an hour before cooking. The sauce never got thick either, maybe a little cornstarch would help, or reducing the sauce BEFORE you add the chicken. Either way the sauce was the star of that dish. I made a second double batch to use in the future.
