Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Everyone really liked it. Although I doubled the salt, (used sea salt) it still it needed more. Other then that I followed the recipe. Really easy to make and none was leftover.

Baked Flan

Pretty good. Used a pie tin and had extra left over. Put it in the fridge and made it the day after. Tasted about the same. Don't think I will make it again though.

Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

My grandma and I made this together. After we tried some she asked me to give her the link. Fudgy and delicious. Was a bit hard to spread because it was just the smallest bit sticky. We also added a bit of milk because we overcooked it a bit (it got a little too thick) but besides that it was perfect. It goes really well with yellow cake-the whole cake was eaten within 12 hours!
