This was perfect. My wife has never liked bread pudding (hates raisins) but she raved about this one. I recently started baking bread and this worked great with the older 1 day and 2 day old leftover loaves. I think I'll try adding some brown sugar next time to make up for the missing raisins. My kids loved it, too!
