Whipping Cream Pound Cake

My cake was done 20 mins. earlier than in the recipe. I thought it was bland tasting was very heavy tasting for a pound cake. I definitely would not make it again.

Sensei's Crusty Crumbled Blue Cheese Steak Topping

I thought it was ok but a little over the top for just two steaks. It easily could have been for four. I would have also cut the bread crumbs in half because it lost that melty creamy texture I was looking for.

Screaming Martini Scallops

Excellent! I only used 8 scallops because my supermarket only had the large ones and I substituted vermouth for white wine. I made some fresh pasta to go with it and it was a huge hit.
