Barbie's Tuna Salad
The taste scored a perfect 5 from my husband and I. Then I totaled up the fat grams and calories. So I had to drop it down to a 4 star. I used a 9 oz can of tuna and 4 T of Helmans mayo. Unfortunately it was so good the 2 of us ate it all in one sitting wrapped in lettuce. THEN I looked at the nutrition side of it and I don't feel good about what I ate. This is for the entire recipe Total Fat 48 (40 was from the mayo alone) Total calories 645 (360 wa also from the mayo) But if you don't care about how many fat grams you're eating.... This recipe is amazing hands down. My husband complains every time I make tuna fish salad. This time too. Until his first bite that is. I wrapped in lettuce leaves with garden fresh tomatoes. I picked fresh parsley and onion from my garden to use instead of dried stuff and cut back from 6 to 4 T of mayo. Other than that I followed to a T. You must try this recipe.

Marinated Tuna Steak
I hate fish. I know ate is a strong word but it applies here. Since it is so healthy to eat, I revisit it from time to time. I never make it past the first bite. I made this and I ate the entire filet! Unbelievable recipe. I will marinade it longer the next time I make it. Yep the next time. On the nutrition scale tuna is a 82!!!!! Finally a fish recipe I can eat. Thank you for posting.

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
Easy to make. Followed the recipe. My husband said it tasted better than Charlestons. And theirs is dang good. I have made it several times since and had the same results. Highly recommend!
