Best Bread Machine Bread
Very good. I made it exact except I used more salt as others recommended. I don't have one thing I would change. Basically my husband and I ate bread for dinner. Well... bread, butter & jam. Having bread wasn't pathetic plan. It turned out we kept cutting "just another slice" until we were too full to eat anything else.

Mexican Goulash
This is a fantastic nacho topper. Layer chips, spoon on this stuff, another layer of chips, another layer of this stuff. Lettuce, sour cream topped it off. I tasted it before cooking the noodles. I don't think I would like it w noodles. Rice maybe. I used 1 can undrained ranch style beans. I would have liked to add half can of rotel but didn't feel like going to the store. So for lunch- scratch goulash and bring on nacho supreme!

Barbie's Tuna Salad
The taste scored a perfect 5 from my husband and I. Then I totaled up the fat grams and calories. So I had to drop it down to a 4 star. I used a 9 oz can of tuna and 4 T of Helmans mayo. Unfortunately it was so good the 2 of us ate it all in one sitting wrapped in lettuce. THEN I looked at the nutrition side of it and I don't feel good about what I ate. This is for the entire recipe Total Fat 48 (40 was from the mayo alone) Total calories 645 (360 wa also from the mayo) But if you don't care about how many fat grams you're eating.... This recipe is amazing hands down. My husband complains every time I make tuna fish salad. This time too. Until his first bite that is. I wrapped in lettuce leaves with garden fresh tomatoes. I picked fresh parsley and onion from my garden to use instead of dried stuff and cut back from 6 to 4 T of mayo. Other than that I followed to a T. You must try this recipe.
