Chicken Pot Pie IX

I loved this! I have hated pot pie ever since I can remember but I thought I'd give it another try and chose this recipe. I read the suggestions and doubled the sauce/gravy. I also added some fresh garlic, some seasoned salt and some creole seasoning. It was delicious. The whole family cleaned their plates and asked for more. Next time we'll make individual pies.

Baked Ziti I

I made this tonight except I followed another member's advice and used an egg with 1 pound of Ricotta instead of the sour cream. I also omitted the provolone. I added 1 pound of ground Italian sausage to the sauce instead of ground beef. The family LOVED it!

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

This is the very first recipe on this site that I haven't liked. We found it very blah. I doctored it up quite a bit before it was just okay. We won't be making this again.
