Molasses Sugar Cookies

Great cookies! Watch them very carefully in the oven however. They took only 7 minutes to perfection, the full 10 was a burnt disaster. I'll be making these again :)

This is another great squash recipe. I use butternut squash and I add turkey, chicken, or pork tenderloin to make it more of a complete meal. It always turns out great. I hate squash, but this recipe turns it into something I can't stop eating. My parents, and boyfriend agree as well.

Stuffed Acorn Squash

This was a great way to have squash. We loved it, and it's so filling. I mixed the brwon sugar and butter, etc. together before stuffing the squash. It came out wonderful! Thanks for the recipe.

Blueberry Pie

This blueberry filling turned out great. It wasn't runny at all, and it wasn't overly sweet. Very good! I will definitely be using this one again.

Cinnamon Rice with Apples

This was a very sweet twist on rice. It reminded me a lot of apple cinnamon oatmeal, minus the oats. This recipe would act better as a dessert rather than a side dish-- it's just a bit too sweet.

Savory Apple Pork Chops

This was a nice change from regular pork chops, but I found that it was a bit too sweet with all the apples and the brown sugar. A nice diversion though, and one that I might try again.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

A new favorite that will be made again and again. There were many compliments on this salad, and requests for the recipe! The only thing I would change is the amount of dressing. I would would add less next time.
