I made this for church, and it was a huge hit. I also took it to a birthday party, and hardly any was left. I added extra butter and it added just an extra taste to the finished product. Also, I did some shots of hot sauce... and it was great!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Although I modified the recipe (I did a double batch, and used a dozen eggs), it still turned out fantastic. The cheese was expensive, so I just used one pound per batch (two pounds total).

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Fantastic stuff!! I had never made this before, and served it to friends at dinner. We ate 2/3 of the whole double-batch!! I used one bag of mozz cheese and one bag of pepperjack, and skipped the garlic. I also recommend spaghetti sauce with mushrooms in it. VERY VERY GOOD!!!

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Very good stuff!! I used my new Kitchenaid mixer to beat it all together, and was very satisfied. I wish the meat had a little extra spice, but I don't know what. Definitely a keeper!

Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker

Good concept overall. I like the whole flavoring, but I wish it had a kick of some sorts. Definitely a repeat recipe, however. I recommend boiling the sliced brats in beer until evaporated.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

I have made this four times so far, and it is a HUGE hit. The only thing is that I don't like celery, so I substituted carrots instead. The paste idea is so good... and it was worth buying the good spices for this one. I am putting this is the keep file!

Snappy Green Beans

Butter Pecan Ice Cream

An EXCELLENT ice cream recipe. I made everything up the night before in a double batch. My one change, based on other reviews, was to decrease the brown sugar to 1.5 cups. I also used 1 cup of chopped pecans, since I had two 1/2 cup packets. I was concerned at first, because the mixture seemed clumpy when I put it in the fridge to sit overnight. And it took about 45 minutes to set up in the ice cream machine. However, the final product was well worth it... and a huge hit for people who enjoy homemade ice cream. Thank you!!
