Cake Balls
I made these for an office birthday party and they were defenitely a hit. They are FANTASTIC!! I used devils food cake mixed with chocolate icing dipped in chocolate almond bark. They were a bit time consuming but shockingly easy. I made my cake in the morning, let it cool about 45 minutes and mixed in the icing. I then made my balls and stuck them in the freezer for about 6 hours. I used the entire pack of almond bark for dipping and about halway through I added pecan bits so half of my cake balls were plain and the other half chocolate pecan. Again, the dipping was suprisingly easy. I kept my pan of cake balls in the freezer and only took out about 10 at a time. I used a fork to dip and then just slipped the ball off with a toothpick. They weren't perfect but they looked pretty darn good! Like so many other reviewers I can't wait to try out other combinations. The common vote amongst my co-workers is give up my normal Christmas goodies and just make several different kinds of these! Thanks so much for sharing!

Extreme Chocolate Cake
Absolutely wonderful. I followed the recipe to a "T" but I cut it in half. I'm notorius for making dry cakes, no more! It was delicious. The icing was excellent too. Thank you so much for sharing!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
These burgers were SO GOOD! I used ground turkey breast so I was a bit nervous they would be dry. That wasn't the case at all. I made a couple of small changes. I didn't have any parsley so I used about a 1/4 cup of finely diced green pepper. I also put in a splash of Worcestershire sauce. I think I'm going to put in a splash of liquid smoke next time to "beef" it up a little bit. My husband said we should have a weekly burger night with these! My four and six year old gobbled them up too. Oh, I made our burgers with sauteed (in 1 tsp of olive oil) mushrooms and onions and a slice of Jarlsberg lite cheese.
