Amish Yumazuti

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2004
I am so reluctant to give a poor review but this was really bland. It did make enough for an army. We thought it was ok but had to add a lot of salt and also ended up adding Italian and Greek seasoning. One child loved it and one did not like it. I do not think we will have it again.

Kafta (BBQ)

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2004
Very tasty. Kids and I loved it. Husband thought it was strange looking on the skewer. Next time just make into meatball shape and serve or as a hamburger.

Slow Cooker Chicken Continental

Very delicious and easy to cook and make. I rinsed the dried beef and used healthy low sodium cream of mushroom soup. Cooked 4 hours in oven at 275.

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2004
Very Good. Used low sodium soup and served with egg noodles. The next day served leftovers and put sauce on baked potatoes. Added mushrooms and brocolli to recipe. The recipe makes A LOT of sauce. Also, I forgot to add the sour cream and could not tell anything was missing.

Bloody Mary Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2004
Fine recipe but taste of bloody mary did not really add anything to chicken. I marinated it for 24 hours and added onions and red bell peppers. Will not spend the money to buy bloody mary mix again to make the recipe.

Grilled Orange-and-Bourbon Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2004
Good but not as sweet as I thought it would be. Not a lot of zing but good. Would make again and maybe add some honey. I marinated for 4 hours but did leave out the bourbon...maybe that is the missing zing? Oh well...good recipe
