Cream of Broccoli Soup I
Made some changes to make more healthy and flavorful! 1) used low sodium chicken broth instead of water 2) added garlic and finely diced carrot (sometimes I will add in a yellow squash or a tiny bit of shredded cabbage or kale or leeks for additional nutrition without altering the taste) 3) Used fat free half and half + greek yogurt to thicken and make creamy 4) I typically omit the flour and use a bit of instant potato flakes 5) add red pepper flakes to taste 6) parmesan cheese or other hard sharp cheeses top off the dish! enjoy!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This is a comforting yummy soup. I would prepare as-is to comfort a sick friend, but in my case I used cayenne pepper, garlic, and an additional sprinkle of Italian seasoning to make it more flavorful. Sometimes I add a handful of fresh spinach at the very end to maximize the nutritional value without significantly changing the flavor. I also cook the noodles separately in broth and add them to the individual bowls to prevent them from becoming soggy. Yum!

Giant Stuffed Pasta Shells
I enjoyed this recipe- made a few changes to accommodate what I had in my kitchen- cottage cheese instead of ricotta, frozen spinach instead of fresh, add chili pepper for a kick and a small bit of cooked Italian sausage to the jar of pasta sauce- So flavorful!
