Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

Really great! My husband and 2 year old son loved it. I didn't have any ginger, so I used Chinese Five Spices instead. I cooked it inside on a grill pan. Next time I would cook it a little longer on a lower temperature.

Blueberry Pie

Great pie! I used fresh blueberries and added extra cornstarch, which did thicken it up. I used a pre-made pie crust and it worked great.

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

This was an easy and GREAT meal. I precooked the beef the night before. I did add worchestershire sauce as others suggested and it worked well. Next time, I would add more veggies.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I made these cookies for a bridal shower. Everyone thought that they were professionally bought! Much better when thicker when cut. I used "Buttercream Icing" with pastel colors.
