I never knew how easy it was to make this from scratch! I skipped the salt and the onion powder, and it still tasted great. I have made it 2 nights in a row now, using LENTILS not ground beef. Cooked up some green lentils, drained, added veggie oil and this seasoning. Piled it into hard shell tacos with cheese and sour cream the first night, then with cheese on top of nachos the second night. So delicious! I like this way better than the packaged stuff, which to me always seems to have a chemical/plastic taste. Will try it with ground beef soon, but lentils are just so economical and healthy!
