Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
This was fairly easy to make and tasted yummy! I sauted my chicken, and used a whole box of pasta, 1 can chicken broth, and 1 and 1/2 of the chive/oinion cream cheese. I added the broccoli and red pepper and dinner was done! Tasted like I had spent a long time preparing but didn't take long at all. Will definitely make again!

Juicy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
These were SO good! I used butterflied chops that were quite thick, so I broiled for alittle longer than called for, but they were still so juicy and full of flavor. This is my new favorite way to do chops! Even my super picky 6 and 2 year old ate this up and even ask for more. Great recipe!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2005
This was just ok for me. I followed the others advice and made extra sauce, which helped. The meat itself was nice and moist. It's just not something I see myself making again. Even my hubby, who is a big meat eater wasn't that impressed. He said it reminded him of eating in the cafeteria in school.

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2005
Burgers were moist with lots of flavor and the cajun mayo just made the whole meal! Hubby enjoyed them also...something yummy and different than your regular burger.

Hearty Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: May 15, 2005
This was the best meatball recipe I have found! I went ahead and made mine into meatballs, baked in oven alone, then poured off the fat and added my sauce and cooked alittle longer and they turned out great! Got raves from everyone! I'm making these again tonight...my search for the perfect meatball recipe is now over! Try these...you won't regret it.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2005
These were very good and pretty simple to make. The only messy thing was pounding out the chicken breasts. Gave my friend the recipe and she loved them too! Even my VERY picky 5 year old ate these.

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2005
This was really easy and good! I changed things alittle by slicing my potatoes and microwaving them for about 5 min. first, but I pretty much kept everything else the same. I salt/peppered and alittle garlic powder on the chops before baking and mixed the oinions, potatoes and cheese up in a bowl, then put in pan, covered with milk and butter and chops. This turned out really good, with just the right flavor and chops were pretty tender. Great recipe!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2005
I'm not sure what I did to mess this up, but I did! I followed the other reviewers suggestions and did 1c PB, 2C Brown Sugar, and 3C 10x, and I kept it at a rolling boil for 2 minutes but this just didn't set up properly. I had to put it into the freezer to be able to cut it into squares. Although it didn't set up right, the flavor is out of this world! YUMMY! Hmmm, maybe next time I'll try the original recipe and see if it goes better. Seriously though, if you aren't fudge-disabled like me, give this a try because it is so tasty!

Chile Rice Casserole

It just tasted weird to me...like the flavors didn't mesh well or something.

Pollo Fajitas

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
All I can say is...excellent! I used boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips, and I made 2 batches of the marinade. One for the chicken, and one for my onions and peppers. I also added 1 chopped jalepeno pepper to the mix and some ground red pepper to kick it up (we like it hot!) It tasted SO good and my husband can't quit raving about it. Said it was the best he's had! Try it, you'll be glad you did!

Mexican Lasagna I

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
This was pretty good, although I used salsa instead of picante sauce. Was a nice change from the standard italian lasagna.

Beth's Tex Mex Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
This was really good, and it was so different from the usual taco dips I make, which are usually warmed. My friends couldn't get enough of this. It's pretty addicting once you start eating it!

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
This was pretty good, although I made the mistake of only using 2 chicken breasts, so it was much too cream cheesy. My hubby didn't care for this, but I liked the flavor.

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
This turned out so good! My hubby was impressed, and so was a visiting friend. I omitted the shrimp because I didn't have on hand, but even without it was so tasty.

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
Great flavor! I've tried this recipe before, but the one I used didn't call for the taco seasoning, so it was alittle bland. This recipe however was yummy.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2005
These chops were tasty, although mine got alittle dry and tough. Maybe I need to cut down the baking time, but other than that, great flavor and easy.
