Hmm. I'm told I cook a lot of chicken! I enjoy making dishes/casseroles with a Mexican flare. I love to try new recipes and am told one of my biggest downfalls as a cook is that I rarely make the same thing twice. In my defense - I am still figuring out what all of my favorites are! I enjoy making coconut cream pie for my Dad (it's his favorite) and occasionally making homemade sauerkraut buns, custard kuchen or nefla with my Mom from my Grandma's recipes. Anytime friends or family enjoy my cooking is a triumph for me :-) Hmm. Recently I accidentally (not sure how!) used breadcrumbs instead of yeast in a batch of cinnamon buns. That was sure a big waste of an afternoon! And what a silly mistake! I grabbed the wrong jar and obviously did not look at it closely!
