Ghirardelli® Chocolate Bread Pudding

This is very good. However, to suit my taste, I had to make some changes ( I am a chocoholic ). I used ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips ( 60% cacao ), increase cocoa powder to 1/2 cup and put 1 tbs instant coffee powder ( next time I will try espresso powder or half cup of coffee ). The coffee really brought out the chocolate flavour. I found this a little bit too sweet for me, next time I will reduce the sugar about 1/4 cup.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I used cake fluor, about 2 1/4 cups and add extra 1/4 cups of sugar. I baked the cake about 20 minutes. I normally did not care with red velvet cakes but this recipe makes delicious cakes!

Dark Chocolate Cake II

The best chocolate cake I ever had ! I frosted the cake with whipped cream, grated semi sweet chocolate and maraschino cherry. Every body at home loves it.

Tiramisu Cheesecake

Very tasty ! I put 4 tbs of coffee liquor in the crust and 10 tbs in the batter. The taste was even better in the next day ( after chilling overnight ).

Mie Goreng - Indonesian Fried Noodles

I am indonesian, and this dish tastes really good and just like the original indonesian fried noodles. I left out salt since the sauce added the saltiness to the dish. I also reduced the amount of soy , oyster and Indonesian sweet soy sauce ( a little bit less than 1/4 cup each ). I will definitely put this on my regular menu list.

Double Fudge Kahlua Brownies

Delicious brownies..I put 1/4 cup of Kahlua in the batter but it's still not strong enough. I baked it 21 minutes and it came out well. I have not put the icing, maybe I should add larger dose of Kahlua and reduce the sugar to 1 cup like other reviewer's suggestion.

My Crab Cakes

Turkish Delight

I was so surprised on how sticky it was. I could not figure out how to cut that in squares because of the stickiness, even after I sprinkled with a lots of powdered sugar. They look dissapointing.

Sweet Potato Pie I

This is very delicious.. I followed others recommendation by using 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of 1 cup of white sugar. I also added 1 tbsp of corn starch. I think I like this pie better than pumpkin pie!

Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie

Dark Chocolate Cake I

This cake is very rich. This does not taste like chocolate cake that I expected, instead it tastes like oreo ( so I gave 4 stars instead of 5 ). However it's delicious and moist. I also put whipped cream frosting and chocolate chunks on the top.

Raspberry Cake

This cake is awesome! I am a fan of chocolate cake but I was looking for an easy, delicious and fruity cake as alternative. I did not have frozen raspberry so I used strawberry instead and it turned out great. I will definitely make it again.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

This was the first time I made gingerbread. I felt that the molasses was too overpowering and it did not taste right. Also, the cake was dry and harden after sitting in refrigerator for a few days. This was not what I had expected and I will not make this again.

Blueberry Pie

good recipe!! I made this 3 times already and will keep making this. I used 5 cups fresh blueberries, 5 tbsp corn starch and bake it at 400F. Highly recommended.
