I made this for the first time last Christmas, omiting the olives as I don't like them. It was delicious, but have made a few minor tweeks. I don't use the lettuce as you can't dip thru it, and if it sits out for too long or by some strange reason the dip doesn't get eaten all at once and you have to put it back in the fridge, the lettuce tends to wilt and get soggy. Also like one other member said, it can be made a little healthier by using low fat sour cream, cream cheese and cheddar and low sodium taco seasoning. If i want some extra heat I add Jalapenos in place of the olives. This recipe is so versatile and you can modify it to suit your needs
