About this Cook
I have been cooking in restaurants for years now and have become quite good from this professional experience.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook new things but probably mostly pasta dishes or asian dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
LOL too funny nobody from my family can really cook so I'm not too sure where I got it from.
My cooking triumphs
I guess for me was all the compliments to the chef that I recieved from in the restaurants.
My cooking tragedies
I do remember this time at work I tried making banana muffins without my recipe but must have forgotten the amount of baking powder or flour because they didnt rise as much as they should have. How embarassing!

Cranberry Sauce II
I believe this is the same recipe you get on the back of a bag of cranberries. Still better than can.

Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce
This sounds almost to a T the bbq sauce I make at home. The only thing that is different is that I add 3/4 cup molasses to it and use JD. Comes out awesome, nice rich colour with the molasses.

Baked Omelet
Sounds like typical ingredients but FYI this is not an omelet it is a Frittata. Basically you don't need to follow a recipe for an omelet. Use whatever veg/meat you like or need to use up. Saute the veg/meat first, add egg that has been mixed with milk, cook until formed enough, flip, fold, plate..omelet.
