Strawberry Spinach Salad I
OMG I'm not a salad eater but I'm really trying to eat healthy so I decided to make this last night. WOW WOW WOW. I love this salad. The dressing was SOOOOO GOOD!!! I did as other reviewers mentioned and subbed the white vinegar for balsamic vinegar. I added just a 1/4 cup sugar and it was still nice and sweet. Not a sesame seed person so omitted it and the onion. I added feta cheese and pecans and it is to die for. I will be making this often. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe.

Cranberry Sauce
Wow these were fabulous. Made these yesterday for Thanksgiving dinner and my family loved it. The only thing I changed was that I used 1/2 cup orange juice and it turned out just perfect. Once the cranberries started to pop, I mashed my cranberries. Will definately make this again next year.

Classic Candied Sweet Potatoes
These were delicious. Made this for Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and my family liked it. I made a few changes and substituted about 1/4 cup orange juice for the water. Next time I might add a bit more orange juice to it. I also added cinnamon to it and it was delightful. I will definately make this again. Thanks for the recipe.
