Cajun Baked Catfish
Wow, this recipe was full of flavor and just enough spice! I tweaked it just a bit based on other reviews! I cut the garlic salt and thyme to 1 teaspoon and accidentally added almost a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. My husband and his friend just loved it! All I heard was mmmm, wow, yum, this is delicious! Will definately make it again! Thank you!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
OMG I'm not a salad eater but I'm really trying to eat healthy so I decided to make this last night. WOW WOW WOW. I love this salad. The dressing was SOOOOO GOOD!!! I did as other reviewers mentioned and subbed the white vinegar for balsamic vinegar. I added just a 1/4 cup sugar and it was still nice and sweet. Not a sesame seed person so omitted it and the onion. I added feta cheese and pecans and it is to die for. I will be making this often. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe.

Raisin-Studded Apple Stuffing
Everyone loved this stuffing for Thanksgiving dinner. I didn't change a thing. I will definately make this again.
