Green Onion Dip II
Wonderful dip!! I made this exactly as stated in the recipe except I used garlic salt instead of regular salt to suit our taste as a previous reviewer had suggested. Added just a splash more milk as the recipe had mentioned to get the consistency desired. Tasted great right out of the bowl, but I can't wait to taste it tomorrow after it has sat in the fridge overnight! To cut down on prep time I chopped the green onions in my food processor and used a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and milk together, then beat in the green onions and garlic salt. Absolutely delicious!

Angel Chicken Pasta
I prepared this exactly as directed except I used chicken tenderloins instead of chicken breasts as that was all I had, so I reduced the bake time to 45 minutes. I really liked the flavor of the sauce and the texture of the chicken, but it seemed that serving it over angel hair pasta was not the best suggestion. The sauce was very thick and when poured over the angel hair, it turned into one big sticky ball of pasta. I will make this again, but next time serve it over either penne or rigatoni, or even rice. Great flavor and very easy to make!

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
This was my first time ever making this kind of dish, and my fiancee and I loved it!! I closely followed the recipe except for these slight changes: I cut the recipe in half to yield 4 servings, except as others suggested, used the original 1/2 c. white wine and 1/2 c. chicken stock, which was the perfect amount of liquid. I used spicy italian chicken sausage instead of regular italian sausage for a lower-fat version. When sauteeing the potatoes in olive oil I lightly seasoned them with pepper, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. I sauteed the peppers and onions with 2 minced cloves of garlic. (I tend to cook with a lot of garlic, so this was to suit our taste). I baked the dish for 45 minutes (the potatoes were a bit too firm after only 25 minutes). The result was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be making this many, many more times!!!
