Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
Just made this recipe last night & they were a thing of beauty!! I, 1 nd 1/2ed this recipe. I didn't have enough oven space for my roast potatoes and broccoli casserole so it ended up, my 6 muffin pan yorkshires were ready when it said, but the other 12 flopped as soon as they came out of the oven, as they weren't quite done yet. I thought to myself, oh well, let's see what will happen if I put them back in...and they rose again and cooked to a puffy perfection! AMAZING! Normally you can't open the oven or anything with yorkshires...LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! Thank you for making my Mum's 77th Birthday dinner perfect! Everyone was raving! xoxo
