Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2007
Better than hamburgers. Moist, full of flavor, and easy to make. I've tried a few other Turkey Burger recipes from this site and this by far is the best. Thank you!

Awesome Korean Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2006
Delicious! Tastes just like my family's favorite Korean restaurant! It's $18/lb. there so we'll be making this at home from now on. The only thing I changed was I put only 1/3 c soy sauce. I made it with a cucumber salad: http://salad.allrecipes.com/az/63912.asp

Martha's Vegetable Beef Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2006
Quick and yummy. I browned the meat with onions and garlic, substituted beef broth for the water, and added 1/2 cup red wine, black beans, and pasta shells. Next time I will add more broth, to compensate for the pasta, as it ended up more stewy than soupy. Good flavor though.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2006
Really good. I used drumsticks. Iput 4 garlic cloves, 1/3 c soy sauce, and 3 TBLS ketchup. Half way thru cooking, I removed some of the sauce, added a TBLS of cornstarch to it,wisked it all together, and poured it over the chicken. A new family favorite.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2006
So simple. I'll never buy marinar sauce again....or spaghetti sauce for that matter. This marinara is very good and easy to make. The fact that there's wine for dinner is a bonus!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Oh so good. I use thighs cut into small pieces. I add 1-2 cloves garlic to the mixture and when there's 20 min or so left, I add potatoes and carrots. I serve it over a bed of rice.

My husband loved it. I added garlic, half an onion, and another bellpepper. I used a little less than the recommended tomatoes and only half the sugar.

Tasted like meat with ketchup. I drained the sauce, rinsed the meat, and made something else.
