Spinach and Tortellini Salad

this recipe was easy, quick and loved by my whole family. i took the advice of using half the amount of dressing and used chick peas instead of olives and it turned out great.

My boyfriend and I loved this cookies. He couldn't stop eating them! To make them chewy i used two egg yolks, and removed the egg white. I also added chopped walnuts in mine. I'll absolutely make these again.

Zucchini and Eggs

This was really delicious, i never would have thought to put zucchini and eggs together but i loved it! Can't wait to try the soy sauce variation.

Creamy Zucchini

I'm always looking for a good way to cook all that extra zucchini, and i thought this sauce was delicious. even my boyfriend who doesn't like zucchini ate it! I added a tablespoon of grated parmasean cheese to the mixture. yum!

Manicotti

Great! This was the first time i ever made manicotti. I was surprised to see it wasnt very hard at all. I added a package of frozed chopped spinach to the mixture in mine. Thanks for this recipe!
