Cream Corn Like No Other

This was very good! I rated this a four only because I had to double the amount of corn the recipe called for and thank god I had enough corn. I used fresh corn off the cob to create it and measured out 20 oz ( 1-1/4#) of corn but when all was said and done I needed 9 cobs to cover the cream. I doubled the butter just cuz and used the heavy cream the recipe calls for Thanks for this one.....Flavor was awesome and my kids loved it!

Homemade Chicken Enchiladas

Good recipe... If I had added rice like Homechef-81 I think it would have made all the difference. I may try Spanish rice next time. I used a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles instead of green peppers and tomato sauce which added a nice heat. I would also omit the Monterrey Jack cheese in the filling due to the salt it adds to the dish and just use the full amount of cream cheese using more chicken. I used twice the amount of chicken the recipe called for, and it made the consistency of the filling just right....I will try this again with these minor adjustments and see how it goes.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

This was excellent! Followed recipe to the letter. I used the how to video because of the adjustments that were made by others and it is absolutely perfect. I plated a layer of rice, oriental stir fry veggies, chicken then poured a healthy portion of sauce overall. Thanks for this one!

Robert's Homemade Italian Sausage

This is good sausage but I think the measurements are off. I doubled this recipe for 6 pounds of meat and came up extremely short in salt. I also noticed the minced onion amount seemed a bit light. I wonder if onion salt would cure both issues I had. I used a sweet red wine and eliminated the sugar because that's what I had and it seems to work with it. Certainly deserves another try.

Jim's Crockpot Venison Stew

Excellent flavor! I made this for my friends and family at their cottage who never before had venison and they all loved it! I served it with fresh baked bread as suggested. It was a perfect addition to a already great weekend!
