My cooking triumphs
cooking at my church, being asked to help prepare for furnerals, for missionarys throwing something together, panic time, cooking for 200-300 people for 3 meals a day for a week at camp meeting, an i dont just cook for these i do everything from taking trash out to cooking.
My cooking tragedies
having over 100 baked potatoes fall out of the oven at camp meeting all on the floor!!! an laughed about it , it is nice knowing people understand these things happen an they laugh right with you. being up to your elbows in spegt. sauce trying to stir it with a spoon it just don't work an cracking up laughing with the girl that is helping you .

No Knead Refrigerator Rolls
These rolls are wonderful!! i am asked to make them time an time again . I just made 3 dozen today for dinner tomorrow, i also have made4 dozen of them an i have been asked to make them time an time again. The kind of dough I have trouble with is the ones in the cook books , those always turn out a mess on me sticks to the towel when raising if it does. but not these they raise prefect every tiem an back up great. This is my recipe i use from now on. i am so glad i found it.

Crab Rangoon III
This is so easy to make an we used imitation crab meat instead of canned , it taste just as good . couldn't tell the difference. Better then the chinese resturants we go too.
