Mushroom and Potato Chowder

We love this soup! I pureed this slightly in the food processor and it brought out the mushroom taste.

Cool Whipped Frosting

Didn't really care for this frosting, it just tasted like cool whip. I was looking for something that tasted like a whipped frosting and this wasn't it.

Greek Chicken Pasta

We really like this recipe. Were trying to eat healthier so we used whole grain pasta. Also added green olives and a little tomato sauce.

Mexican Chocolate Chili
