Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Easy prep, very moist and flavorful! Cooked on Foreman grill for 7 minutes per side, grill open so it doesn't dry them out ... great to munch on cold the next day, too!

For kids who are used to store-bought high fructose corn syrup loaded white bread, I use this recipe and use organic sugar, increasing to 5 T., add 1t. cinnamon and they love it. Just don't forget that you added the cinnamon and then try using it for garlic bread. OY!!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

These are great. Over the years I've made them I have added mini chips to piack more into small (1t.) drop cookies which freeze and thaw better than the larger ones - I've been making them for several years and they are a huge hit at work and with the kids.

Chocolate Crinkles II

A great holiday variation of these cookies is to add a few drops of peppermint extract to the batter - it's like peppermint patty cookies. Kids love them.

Cheese Cake Cups

I revised this recipe for Thanksgiving dessert by using gingersnaps in place of vanilla wafers, decreasing cream cheese to 1 package and adding 1 cup of pumpkin puree in its place - bake for 20 minutes and you have mini pumpkin cheesecakes...I'm still eating these for breakfast!
