I have made this chili 5-6 times now and it is a HIT every single time !! I dont substitute any ingredient and follow the recipe exactly and it is foolproof !!! A bit costly the first time you make it if you dont have all the spices but after that this is a inexpensive meal !! We LOVE it Cinncinnati style - over spaghetti !!!My husband HATES chili but actually just asked me if I can make this again this weekend !!!
