Mom's Candied Yams with Caramel

I wanted to do something different with the same ol' candy yams so i tried this recipe and it was wonderful!! Normally i have a lot left over but not this time!! Every bit was gone!! I will continue to make this every holiday!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I made this wonderful cake today. My family and I LOVE it!!!! I emailed the recipe to a friend that likes to bake so she can enjoy this cake too. It was very easy and quick to prepare. I added a homemade chocolate sauce on top with powder sugar. Its definatly a PMS remedy as well!! LOL
