I thought it was alright - the first few bites seemed very salty to me, which is strange because there's no salt in this recipe. However, the rest was fine, and pretty basic...I'm not a big fish-eater, so maybe I'm a bad judge! I had to substitute trout for halibut, because they don't seem to have it here (Australia)- perhaps that made a big difference.
Easy to prepare, so I'll make it again, when I can get some halibut.
