Frosted Banana Bars
I love it! Instead of making another loaf of banana bread, I can use the old bananas to make bars. Here are my low-fat modifications. 1/4 C. butter and 1/4 C. apple sauce (instead of 1/2 C. butter), splenda instead of sugar, egg substitute instead of the eggs and fat-free sour cream. Instead of the frosting, I melted some choc. chips and drizzled over the bars - looked very pretty. I'll be making these again!
