Pepperidge Farm(R) Beef Wellington
I've made this before, either whole or individual beef wellingtons from tenderloin steaks. I'm just wondering who has a circle of friends/family in which 2 lbs. of tenderloin feeds 10? Wouldn't happen in my house!

Chili I
Excellent chili. I used two rather than four peppers (they were around 7" long), but otherwise followed the recipe. Lots of ingredients, but easy to make. Put half in the freezer for another day.
