I am a SAHM to my lovely 2 year old boy and a loving wife. I love to cook comfort foods, meatloaf, roasted chicken. My favorite tool is the crock pot! I remember several food memories as a child, but now I am trying to build a relationship with my son in the kitchen. Teaching him to cook and bake is going to be a huge priority! I just roasted a chicken today in the oven for the first time. Also making baklava was really intimidating, but came out great. I melted bacon the other day. I have no idea how I did that! Also, I have a hard time making rice for some reason. I burn it 1 out of 5 times.
