Russian Chicken with Feta Cheese
WOW!! It was worth the trip to the liquor store to get vodka!! The only thing I did differently was to double the sauce recipe, and use 2 cups of sour cream and 1 cup of fat free plain yogurt. A bit healthier, and the taste was FABULOUS! Restaurant quality. Froze a batch for next week as well.
