Simple Whole Wheat Bread
PERFECT! I love love love this recipe. I have tried several bread recipes, and this trumps them all. Really easy, really forgiving, and tasty too! I've used sugar instead of honey (when I'm out of honey)and it turns out the same. I also add 3 Tbl of wheat gluten to get that soft chewy store bought texture so my kids and husband will eat it and prefer it to store bought. It freezes well, and doesn't dry out the next day like the others have. Very happy with this recipe, it will be my "go to" homemade bread recipe.

Fry Bread Tacos II
I was skeptical at first- I have never really loved the "Navajo tacos" I've had in the past, and I've tried making the traditional Navajo fry bread before and just not really liked it. I am happy to say that this fry bread was DELICIOUS! It really is just like the chalupa bread at Taco Bell. I rolled them out as thin as I could, and made one and a half times the recipe. This yielded me about 10 good sized discs. They are really nice and pliable so they easily fold into a taco instead of having to use a fork to eat them. This will be my go to fry bread from now on. Really so good and so quick and easy. Thank you!

Clark Gable Pancakes
Finally! A simple delicious pancake that's light and fluffy. Yum! I added 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and I thought that was too much baking powder for so little batter, so I reduced that to 1 1/2 tsp and they came out perfect for me. I read somewhere that the "baking powder taste" that everyone dislikes so much comes from the aluminum in baking powder. Get the aluminum free and it helps with that bitter taste. Thanks for the recipe!
