Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Without a doubt the best cornbread I've ever had. Took the advice of another poster and cooked it right in the skillet

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Made this recipe exactly as stated and loved it. I've made it twice in the past month. Except I think it would be better to make two loaves, not three; they're a little flat if you divide the batter into three pans. One thing I did the first time I made it that I wish I would have done the second time: I wrapped it in seran wrap will it was still warm and it trapped the steam making it super moist. I didn't do this the second time and while they weren't mad they were as moist.
