Honey Ribs
Really good flavor, but definitely runny sauce. I thickened with a cornstarch/cold water mix.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
This was good. I sauteed all the vegetables together in olive oil (I snuck in chopped red onion)..then I decided I didn't need two whole sticks of butter in the lemon sauce, so I only used one...that was enough for our arteries tonight. Didn't have capers...who cares! Something about browning the chicken first really made a difference. Good.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This was just awesome! The marinade caused the fish to blacken when cooked ( I lessened the vinegar to our taste). We didn't need to use all the glaze and the flavor was still absolutely incredible. I served it with a simple fried rice (sesame oil, onions, garlic, cooked rice, eggs, soy sauce and a dash of cayenne) A total keeper!
