My Best Clam Chowder

For my husband and I clam digging is a ritual, so he was always attempting some clam chowder recipe or another. I used this recipe, with the slight tweaking - clam juice instead of water, corn starch instead of flour as others mentioned, and of course fresh razor clams. Now it is the only recipe used in our house! Well done! Thanks for all of the tips too!

Old-Fashioned Peanut Brittle

I made this recipe for the first time last year, and my family liked it so much, they asked me to make extra this year. You MUST make sure you heat to the temperature the recipe says--and the only other thing I noticed is I didn't even have enough to fill one cookie sheet.
