French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
This was a good roll recipe. I decided to make this last minute, and I wipped it out fast. I did add some Italian herbs as I was making Italian for dinner. I would make this again, but like the French Baguette recipe a little better.

Basic Crepes

This was our first time making crepes, and we had a blast! I will make again. I'd like to make some with herbs in the batter for the ones with meat. I may even try to make manicotti with them!

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
I liked that this had no flour in it. I made as is, and it was ok. I will make this again and make some changes. A good base recipe that you could play around with.

We liked this. I thought it tasted better after sitting a bit. I didn't use basil, but dill and tarragon. Yummy.

Came out beautiful! Mine cooked less, as I have a hot oven. I also added some salt on the skins to give them extra flavor.

I too left our the sugar, and added a ton more of the bacon. I also added a bit of dried ranch dressing. It did taste like a cold baked potato!

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
I usually add a bunch of stuff like cheese, bacon, green onions and garlic to my potatoes, but this time I just wanted plain, and I was worried they would be bland. Boy, these were tasty!! I followed the directions exactly, and they were very good. Warming the milk was a nice touch!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
WoW this was GOOD!! I used 2 huge frozen chicken breast, and a can of cream of chicken and cream of mushroom. I also added carrots, celery, and onion, all chopped small. I also added terragon, dill, poultry season, salt and pepper. I also used chicken broth instead of water. This was yummy and creamy and delish! I also only used 1 can of biscuits, b/c no more would fit. I will make this again
