I have to start by saying that while I love love love Lasagna, I rarely make it because it never stays together or is dry or both. I found this recipe and followed it as best I could a few ingredients I didnt have (fennel) and I added a bit more ground beef (1 pound) I made and prepared the day before serving, This was absolutely wonderful. Even better the following 2 days for lunch. I also want to add that while I favor this web site and am always looking for something different, I rarely post an opinion of anything I make unless it is extrememly bad. This recipe is by far the best Ive made in awhile. If there could be more stars there would be. Yummmm
